Assistant Professor Reginald Neil C. Recario will serve as the Officer-In-Charge (OIC) of ICS from August 1, 2023 to Nov 30, 2023, or until the appointment of a new Director. Professor Jaderick P. Pabico’s term as Director ended last July 31, 2023. One of Asst. Prof. Recario’s primary responsibilities will be to ensure a smooth transition of leadership as the institute prepares to welcome a new institute Director.

Assistant Professor Recario currently teaches Database Systems and Software Engineering. His research interests also include Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Data Science. Furthermore, he is the current chair of the Scholarships, Honors, and Awards Committee of the College of Arts and Sciences. 

As the ICS embarks on a new phase under his leadership, Assistant Professor Recario’s expertise and experience are expected to play a pivotal role in the institute’s continued growth and success.
